Yogic Lifestyle and Values Course

A foundation course for your yoga journey…

The Yogic Lifestyle and Values Course is open to all with an interest in deepening their understanding of the yogic way of life. The course offers a balanced combination of yoga postures, meditation and inspiring philosophy discussions.

  • Discuss traditional yoga philosophy

  • Extend and refine your practice of yoga asana and pranayama

  • Support and sustain a yogic lifestyle

  • Find out more about the inspiration behind Yoga in Daily Life

  • Explore practices for spiritual development

  • Nourish yourself in an uplifting environment 
     

This course is a pre-requisite for entry into the Yoga in Daily Life Teacher Training Program

Week 1: Yoga the Balancing Principle

Week 2: 4 Practices of a Yogic Lifestyle

Week 3: Foster Human Qualities

Week 4: Yoga Values and Ethics in Daily Life

Week 5: Truth & Contentment

Week 6: Inner Discipline

Week 7: Study Your Inner Chapter

Week 8: The Inner Self

Week 9: Mind, Mantra and Meditation

Week 10: Nourish Your Practice

Course Details

When: Thursdays from 7pm and one Friday evening

Commences: Thursday 29th April 2010

Where: Annandale Yoga in Daily Life Centre

Course Fee: $250 / $220 concession
