Pre-Natal YogaThis class can be attended at any stage of pregnancy. Learn body awareness, breath techniques, yoga stretches for all stages of pregnancy, relaxation & meditation. Practicing yoga during pregnancy will prepare mother's physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood.
