General ClassThese classes consist of levels 2, 3 and 4 of the Yoga in Daily Life System. It is the next step following the Easy Yoga Level, and is suitable for those who have some basic yoga experience and wish to advance further. The class includes classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice these stronger asanas safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, energy centres and the mind. The class also incorporates relaxation, pranayam (breathing exercises) and meditation. The meditation practices are based on Self Enquiry Meditation techniques including mantra, breath work, visualization, concentration, self reflection and self enquiry. !-->

It can also help them to learn anatomical language and assist them to be more physically co-ordinated and motivated. Your little ones will be enchanted by the journey of this class that begins and ends with restful meditation. Older children – 8 – 12 years old.
